IV Edition 2022-2023
The Health and Sustainability Action Group will work during its IV Edition (2022-23) on mental health in companies, with the aim of being able to prevent, protect, support, measure and improve the impact of organizations on the mental health of their workers.
Specifically, the Group will work with participating companies on the importance of integrating the culture of employee wellbeing and the impact on people's mental health into business strategy. By highlighting best practices and jointly creating actions and tools to help address this major challenge.
During the first year of the Group (2019-2020), we analyzed the business case for health and sustainability and identified a roadmap for the integration of SDG 3 (Health and Wellness) into the organizations' strategy.
The second edition (2020-2021) addressed the link between climate change and health and the role of companies in the face of this reality, taking into account the implications of the COVID-19 crisis.
And, in the last edition (2021-2022), we worked on the Health Footprint of companies, with the aim of being able to measure their contribution and move towards a greater impact on the health and well-being of the people around them, from two perspectives: Scope 1, addressing the impact of the company on the health of its employees, Scope 2, related to the health of customers and consumers and Scope 3, in relation to the business impact on health along the supply chain and community in general.
