During the Group's first year (2019-2020), we analyzed the business case for health and sustainability and identified a roadmap for the integration of SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) into the organizations' strategy.

The second edition (2020-2021) addressed the link between climate change and health and the role of companies in the face of this reality, taking into account the implications of the COVID-19 crisis.

During the third edition (2021-2022), work was carried out on the Health Footprint of companies, with the aim of being able to measure their contribution and move towards a greater impact on the health and well-being of the people around them, from two perspectives: Scope 1 , addressing the impact of the company on the health of its employees, Scope 2 , relating to the health of customers and consumers, and Scope 3, in relation to the business impact on health throughout the supply chain and the community in general.

And, in the latest edition (2022-2023), Mental Health in companies was addressed, with the aim of being able to prevent, protect, support, measure and improve the impact of organizations on the mental health of their workers.

  • Preparation of the IBEX 35 Observatory , to monitor the contribution to the health and well-being of IBEX 35 companies ( Edition I / Edition II , Edition III / Edition IV ).
