Peter Bakker
President and CEO of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD)
Peter Bakker is a prominent business leader who, since 2012, has led the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) as President and CEO. WBCSD is the leading CEO-led global community of sustainable businesses, with more than 230 of the world's leading companies working together to accelerate the systemic transformations needed for a net-zero, nature-positive and equitable future. Prior to joining WBCSD, Peter was CEO of TNT NV, the global transport, mail and logistics company.
Recently, TIME magazine named Peter as one of the top 100 Climate Leaders in business. He has also received the Clinton Global Citizen Award (2009), the Sustainability Leadership Award (2010) and the Prix Voltaire International (2023). In 2018, he was appointed Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau in recognition of his enduring commitment to making a business contribution to solving global sustainability issues.
Peter holds a number of positions on corporate sustainability advisory boards, including director of GenZero, commissioner of the Business Commission to Tackle Inequality and a member of the High Level Advisory Group for Accelerating the Energy Transition.

Mr. Javier Bardají

Born in Barcelona in 1966. D. in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Navarra. Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Navarra. From March 2010 to June 2022, he held the position of General Manager of Atresmedia TV, with responsibility for the audiovisual business (Antena 3, La Sexta, Neox, Nova, Mega, Atreseries and Atresplayer Premium, as well as the AVOD and SVOD audiovisual business and international content sales).
Until March 2010, he was General Manager of Multimedia, with responsibility for the Digital area. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Grupo Atresmedia, promoting the Group's first CSR policies, which have achieved wide social recognition and full integration with the Group's public and reputational image. During 2003 and 2004, he was Content Director at Antena 3, following the incorporation of Grupo Planeta de Agostini as a reference shareholder of the company. Prior to 2004 he was Assistant to the General Manager of the Audiovisual Area of Grupo Vocento, which included the television production companies, its regional channels, its digital television Net TV and its radio station Punto Radio; and Director of Editorial Coordination and Institutional Relations of the same publishing group. Con 25 años de experiencia en el Sector Energético, ha trabajado para empresas españolas, americanas y belgas, hasta que fue fichada por la francesa GDF SUEZ antecedente del actual grupo ENGIE.
Desde el año 2011 es Consejera Delegada para España, para las actividades de Energía. Amplia su responsabilidad en el año 2015, como Country Manager España, integrando los negocios de servicios y de energía bajo la marca ENGIE.

Jorge Lanza

Ángel Pérez Agenjo

Germán Granda is a founding partner and CEO of Forética, an international benchmark in the promotion and integration of environmental, social and good governance (ESG) aspects in organizations. He is also Secretary of the Spanish Business Council for Sustainable Development, a member of the State CSR Council of the Spanish Ministry of Labor and Social Economy and a Trustee of the Bequal Foundation.
He has collaborated over the last 20 years in strengthening corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs both in Spain and internationally, as well as in the development of international standards on the subject and policies to promote sustainability in governments, business sectors and public entities.
Germán holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Comillas (ICADE), a degree in Economics and Business Administration (CUNEF) and a degree in Political Science and Sociology (UNED). He also holds an MSc. in Business Strategy and Sustainable Development (University of Bradford, UK) and several executive programs at MIT, IE and IESE.

Juan Carlos Calderon

Con 18 años de experiencia en los mercados financieros, Juan Carlos Calderon Castro es responsable del equipo de consultores ASG y de Cambio Climático para Europa, África y el Medio Oriente. Basado en París, Juan Carlos trabaja con fondos de pensión, fondos soberanos, gestoras, aseguradores y otros inversores institucionales en la integración de criterios ASG y de cambio climático en su proceso de inversión. Severiano Solana

María Ordovás
Senior manager of Forética's Governance Area
María Ordovás holds an International Master's Degree in Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) and a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Valencia. She has different international experiences as part of her training, such as her stays in Milan, the United States and Thailand. She began her professional career in consulting working with companies from different sectors as a business consultant, then in two leading multinational organizations in the automotive sector and the pharmaceutical sector as a strategic business analyst collaborating in projects related to reporting, strategy and marketing. In Forética, as Senior Manager, she is part of the Good Governance area with involvement in programs such as the Transparency, Good Governance and Integrity Cluster and participating in different technical projects and research reports for companies and organizations on CSR and sustainability.

Jaime Silos has completed extensive training in the field of business management and finance. Aicha Belassir
Directora general de la Economía Social y de la Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas del Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social
Licenciada en Lenguas y Literaturas Extranjeras en la Universidad de Turín (Italia), y Máster en Gestión Directiva de Organizaciones no Lucrativas por la Universidad Nacional de Estudios a Distancia (España).
Entre 2006 y 2013, ha sido coordinadora en la Asociación Semilla, promoviendo la creación de oportunidades laborales, la formación continua en el puesto de trabajo y la acreditación de competencias profesionales para personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.
Entre 2017 y 2022, ha sido la directora de la Federación de Asociaciones Empresariales de Empresas de Inserción (FAEDEI). De forma paralela, ha asumido puestos de responsabilidad en distintos organismos y redes, como el Consejo para el Fomento de la Economía Social, el Consejo de Desarrollo Sostenible, la Red de Inclusión Social o la Red Europea de Empresas de Integración Social, entre otros.
En 2023 ha sido secretaria ejecutiva de la Red Intercontinental de Promoción de la Economía Social y Solidaria (RIPESS Intercontinental) asumiendo su representación en el Grupo de Trabajo Interinstitucional de las Naciones Unidas sobre la Economía Social y Solidaria (UNTFSSE), en la Organización de Cooperación y Desarrollo Económicos y en el Foro Global de Economía Social.
Actualmente, es directora general de Economía Social y Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas del Gobierno de España. Es autora de numerosas publicaciones relacionadas con la Economías Social y la Contratación Pública Responsable. Además, fruto de su trayectoria en la Economía Social, también en 2023 ha sido nombrada una de las cien mujeres más relevantes en empresas sociales en Europa y miembro del Grupo de MujerES LíderES de la Economía Social.

Johan Rockström

Carmen Gómez-Acebo

With a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, Carmen Gómez-Acebo's early career at Nielsen and Coca-Cola included responsibilities in strategy and commercial policy with clients in the distribution and consumer goods sectors.
In 2018, she moved to her current position as Chief Sustainability Officer of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Iberia, putting the focus on all areas where CCEP's activity has an impact (beverages, packaging, society, water, climate and supply chain) in order to achieve the ambitious goals and commitments set by Coca-Cola in its quest to become an agent of positive change in our society.
Cristina Sanchez

As for her education, Cristina Sánchez has a degree in Mining Engineering, specializing in Energy. She has a Master's Degree in Safety and Prevention of RRLL, Master's Degree in Refining, Gas and Marketing from the Instituto Superior de la Energía with a scholarship from the Repsol Foundation.
Since 2022, she has been Director of Sustainability and Positive Impact at Leroy Merlin Spain. Her first professional opportunity was in a multinational in the electricity sector. Mario Cabezos se incorporó a Mutua Madrileña hace algo más de 20 años y ha desempeñado posiciones de responsabilidad relacionadas con la prevención de riesgos y el bienestar de sus empleados, gestión de facilities y desde 2009 asumió la gestión medioambiental de la compañía, donde adquiere un peso relevante su patrimonio inmobiliario, los nuevos negocios y su cadena de valor. Fruto de esa gestión, en 2017 consiguió el prestigioso galardón de Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) como la compañía con mejor sistema de gestión energético ISO 50001 a nivel mundial. A día de hoy está inmerso en el reto de hacer de Mutua en todos sus ámbitos y negocios un referente de sostenibilidad ambiental y adaptación al cambio climático.

Pablo García is a Forestry Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) with a Master in Forestry, Water and Landscape Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences (CZU) in Prague. He started his professional career in software consulting, to later develop his career within ESG consulting, carrying out projects in circular economy, climate change, sustainable financing and renewable energies, among others. Currently, as Senior Manager of Forética, he leads the Nature Business Ambition initiative, while participating in other environmental programs related to circular economy, urban sustainability and sustainable food systems.
Ana Herrero

Ana Herrero holds an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), a master's degree in Environmental Management and Control from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Since 2005 she has developed her professional career in Forética. During the first years she specialized in social responsibility management systems, managing the processes linked to the SGE 21 standard. Since 2011, as Director of Projects and Services, she is in charge of the planning and coordination of this area in addition to participating in technical assistance, training and research projects developed by Forética. She is responsible for the environmental area of the association, having led projects such as Responsible with Biodiversity, the launch of the Climate Change Cluster and various collaborations with leading entities in this field.
Valvanera Ulargui

Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y licenciada en Derecho Comunitario por la Universidad San Pablo CEU.
Desde septiembre de 2015 es directora general de la Oficina Española de Cambio Climático. Anteriormente, fue consultora externa en la División de infraestructuras, Medio Ambiente, Energía y TIC de ICEX y responsable del departamento de cambio climático para potenciar la internalización de las empresas españolas en el ámbito del cambio climático, priorizando las tecnologías innovadoras que favorecen el crecimiento verde.
Entre 2001 y 2013 fue consultora externa encargada de coordinar la posición española en las negociaciones internacionales de cambio climático y de asesorar de manera directa en política de cambio climático a la directora general.
Juan Antonio Simarro

Juan Antonio Simarro es Licenciado en Magisterio en la especialidad de Educación Musical, compositor, intérprete y productor de música, natural de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. A los 13 años comenzó sus estudios musicales en distintas materias, como solfeo o instrumentos como piano o violonchelo.
Gracias a su “Sinfonía por un mundo mejor”, representada en el Auditorio Nacional de Madrid y avalada por la Federación de Centros UNESCO y Rotary Club Internacional, con imágenes cedidas por GREENPEACE, ha sido nombrado compositor oficial de la Beverly Hills Symphony y de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Lisboa.
Su composición “Cuatro acordes para expresarme. Por un desarrollo sostenible”, ha sido interpretada por la pianista Isabel Pérez Dobarro en el Forum de los Premios Nobel de la paz, en Minneapolis y en la Universidad de Columbia , Nueva York, ante miembros de la ONU y Ministros de Asuntos Exteriores de distintos países.
Premio España Creativa 2019 y ganador en el primer concurso mundial de “Composición por la Paz Symphony Orchestras of The World” por su “Adagio para violín, piano y orquesta de cuerda”,Mención de Honor en el Concurso Internacional Piano WPTA Argentina o los premios a la mejor BSO por “Que el fn del mundo te pille bailando” en el Festival Peligros, de Granada y “La Tierra llamando a Ana” en el festival de Cine de Ibiza. Fue el compositor del concierto promocionado por la Organización Iberoamericana de la Juventud (OIJ), en la XXIV Cumbre Iberoamericana de Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno celebrada en Veracruz, México.
Sus trabajos para tv, productor musical y giras abarcan desde la música corporativa de TVE en su 50 aniversario a la gira internacional con Julio Iglesias.
Como comunicador, es el presentador de “Clásicos y Reverentes”, el programa de música clásica de La2 de TVE y colaborador del programa cultural “La aventura del saber”.
Para mejorar el rendimiento de las empresas, desarrolla la conferencia “Tu empresa es una orquesta”, en la cual plantea problemas y soluciones gracias a sus experiencias con distintas orquestas, consiguiendo mejores resultados en el trabajo en equipo.
Jan Noterdaeme

Jan Noterdaeme es el cofundador de CSR Europe (1996), una red de más de 30 miembros corporativos y organizaciones asociadas que apoyan y unen a 10.000 empresas en toda Europa en temas de sostenibilidad y responsabilidad corporativa. Jan actúa como Asesor Principal de CSR Europe y es Maître de Conférence en la Louvain School of Management.
Jan comenzó su carrera en la Secretaría General del Consejo Europeo sobre Migración y Asilo, para luego unirse a la Dirección General de Empleo, Relaciones Industriales y Asuntos Sociales de la Comisión Europea. Allí, trabajó en el Programa Europeo de Pobreza y coordinó las relaciones con grandes organizaciones de la sociedad civil. En 1995, co-redactó la Declaración Empresarial Europea contra la Exclusión Social junto con Jacques Delors, lo que llevó a la fundación de CSR Europe en 1996 con Ann Vandenhende y la Fundación Rey Balduino, bajo la presidencia de Etienne Davignon desde 1998 y el liderazgo de Stefan Crets desde 2011.
Desde 1997, Jan ha desempeñado un papel clave en la creación de la Academia Europea de Negocios en la Sociedad (EABIS) y cofundó la Red de RSE Louvain en 2007. Ha presidido varias ediciones del Jurado de Stakeholders del Premio Internacional Interuniversitario Philippe de Woot sobre RSE desde 2010.
Jan también co-inició la Declaración de los Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno Europeos sobre RSE en 2000, dando forma a la Estrategia de la UE sobre RSE y al Foro Multistakeholder Europeo sobre RSE (2002-2016). Participó activamente en las negociaciones sobre la directiva sobre la Información No Financiera de las Empresas (2011-2018) con diversas entidades europeas. Co-inició la Plataforma Multistakeholder Europea sobre los ODS, proporcionando propuestas de alto nivel para una Europa Sostenible 2030. En 2008, inició el proyecto emblemático de CSR Europe «Enterprise 2020» y coordinó el Pacto Europeo para la Juventud (2014-2017), que llevó a la creación de Erasmus Pro (2017-2027).
Jan continúa contribuyendo a la Estrategia 2030 de CSR Europe, enfocándose en el Futuro del Trabajo, el Abastecimiento Sostenible y los Mercados Transparentes. Colabora en la llamada a la acción de 380 CEO y en el Pacto Europeo para una Industria Sostenible, apoyando el Pacto Verde Europeo y la recuperación tras la COVID-19.

Christoph cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia como ejecutivo en empresas multinacionales. De 2012 a 2022 fue Director Global de Políticas Públicas de Telefónica y responsable de la promoción de políticas digitales e Internet, así como de las relaciones con organizaciones internacionales. De 2002 a 2011 fue Director de Regulación de Telefónica Europa y Responsable de Asuntos Regulatorios Europeos del Grupo O2. Se desempeñó como vicepresidente del Comité de Política Económica Digital de Business at OECD (BIAC) de 2017 a 2022 y como vicepresidente de la Comisión de Economía Digital de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional (ICC) de 2016 a 2022. También fue designado por el Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas, António Guterres, como miembro del Grupo Asesor Multisectorial (MAG) del Foro de Gobernanza de Internet (IGF) de las Naciones Unidas en 2018.
Christoph Steck estudió Derecho y Derechos Humanos en las Universidades de Colonia, Múnich y Londres (UCL) y es un abogado alemán calificado. Antonio Budia is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forética and heads the Microsoft Partners division in Spain.
The company has an ecosystem of more than 11,000 partner companies in our country that develop products, build solutions and offer services based on Microsoft technology. It is a very professional and highly specialized channel, which continues to grow and strengthen its capacity to design and offer innovative solutions in the areas of cloud, data, artificial intelligence and security, among others.
Budia has more than twenty years of experience in the technology industry, having held various positions of responsibility in Microsoft Spain and Latin America, including positions as Marketing Director, Channel Director, Director of the Microsoft 365 business unit, Director of Sales and Partners, and, most recently, Director of Operations and Marketing.
