Forética, a leading business organization in the field of sustainability in Spain, is launching its new Strategic Plan based on three pillars: Increasing the ambition of sustainability objectives, accelerating action to achieve them and expanding alliances to generate a greater impact.

Leveraging this Strategic Plan, the business organization presents a new corporate identity, which reinforces its evolution and consolidated positioning in its more than 20 years of experience at the forefront of trends in the field of sustainability, combined with future challenges in sustainable development.

Leading for a sustainable future' is the motto chosen by the organization in this new phase, referring to the transformation needed to manage the significant environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges we face today and maximize the contribution and positive impact on global sustainability goals.

Germán Granda, CEO of Forética, states: "We are at a key moment in the business world, with the emphasis on sustainability. After the strong impact caused by COVID-19, 2021 marks the beginning of a decisive decade, the so-called 'Decade of Action', with sustainable development as a great ally for reconstruction to be better and also the great opportunity for progress for companies and society. At Forética, we are initiating a new strategy in a context such as the current one, which requires raising the level of relevance and ambition in sustainability even higher: Setting a date to be zero emissions and zero waste; guaranteeing the protection of nature, the absence of discrimination and respect for human rights; operating with the highest standards of corporate governance.
