Large company or SME
Interest in sharing best practices in upskilling and reskilling and employee mobility
Facilitating direct dialogue or collaboration with the Human Resources department.
Active participation in programmed activities (i.e. workshops, trainings, among others).
February 11: Phase II kick-off meeting
- February - May: Development of roadmaps for actions to impact vulnerable workers
- April / June: Capacity-building on practical tools to support just workforce transition
- May / October: Implementation of pilot actions in the pillars of: Strategic planning, Training and professional development and Flexibility and mobility.
