September 26, 2019.- Forética has organized the annual event of reference in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Sustainability & CSR Spain 2019 has closed its seventh edition with a clear message: "we are in the moment of sustainability, the time to act". The event also served to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Forética.
The forum was opened by the Director of the Office of the High Commissioner for the 2030 Agenda, who called for a focus on the importance of partnerships to achieve the global goals. This approach was also emphasized by the President of Forética, Raúl Grijalba.
The meeting presented the trends that are marking the development of sustainability at the international level by recognized experts in the field. After the presentation of the most relevant global trends in sustainability, specifically in Europe, by Stefan Crets, Executive Director of CSR Europe and Saïd El Khadraoui, Advisor to the European Commission's Center for Policy Strategy.
For his part, Ramón Jáuregui, former Minister of the Presidency, former member of the European Parliament and President of the Euroamerica Foundation, gave his vision of his experience over the past 20 years and his vision for the future regarding the development of sustainability in Spain and collaboration with Latin America in this field. "We have reasons left to be optimistic, there is a growing demand for sustainable and integral companies".

The event also covered the main challenges in environmental, social and governance aspects. In addition, on the eve of tomorrow's Climate March, representatives of the Youth for Climate organization have called on the business community to take an active part in the fight against climate change.
